Deciding which fireplace you want to install within your home is a huge decision for any homeowner. With that in mind, we understand it is essential that all of our clients are able to view our extensive range of fireplaces in person prior to making any commitments.
To ensure your safety during any showroom visits, we ask that only two persons visit the showroom at any one time to adhere to social distancing guidelines. We take cleaning extremely seriously, in order to allow ensure you’re completely happy with the product. After touching any display or materials, it will be marked by a member of our team to ensure we fully disinfect the area following your appointment.

For those who are unable to visit us in store or would simply prefer to have a consultation from the comfort of their own home, we are pleased to offer video calls with our expert team.
In these video calls, our consultants will allow you to view specific displays within the showroom whilst discussing the technical aspects of each product and how that may be integrated into your project. This call will cover everything you would expect from an in-person showroom visit, so you can get a clear idea on which fireplace is right for your home.
We are capable of conducting video calls via Zoom, Skype and WhatsApp. If you do require another form of video call, please feel free to get in touch with us and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Visits To Your Property
We are still able to attend your property for site surveys, callouts, services and installations under the current restrictions, but there are several conditions that must be met in order for our site visits to take place.
Here is a brief overview of some of the things that must be considered, a comprehensive list can be found on our Covid-19 page:
– No work can take place in a property where shielding or vulnerable persons live.
– All items within a room or 4 square metres working space must be moved by the client prior to our arrival.
– Clients must not spend any unnecessary time in the working space whilst our team are on site. This is to reduce contact time for all parties.
– If there are any reasons work needs to be paused due to safety concerns, we will work to reassess the situation.
– Work for anyone over the age of 60 must be planned on a case-by-case basis.
– PPE will be worn by our staff during visits. If close client contact is required, we may ask you to wear a mask too.
– When work has been completed, all surfaces will be wiped down and disinfected, and a visual demonstration will be carried out either via video call or shown to the client from 2 metres away.
